Whenever White nationalists say the “Jews" are replacing them, they are obviously not referring to massive demographic shifts, the way they are in reference to Islamic immigration. They are referring to the classic trope of Jew’s pushing Gentiles out of the positions of authority in their countries, through media, banking, you know the rest.

And if you are shocked by liberal anti-Nazis going so far as to even appear outright anti-semitic, you shouldn’t be. I recommend you read the book Power and the Idealists.
