Whenever a non-white covers a race issue in this way, I get the feeling that they are dealing with a deeper emotional issue and not the particular grievance they bring up.

I say this because there does not seem to be a consistent logic behind the complaints. If white people dominant a forum for the discussion of how to dismantle white privilege, or the pain of POC, people like you say that the sea of hundreds of white faces are unbearable, or that white people should relegate themselves to “allies" not “members", and allow marginalised voices to speak.

On the contrary, if white people don’t get involved, and keep themselves inconspicuous, we are accused of being unfeeling to black pain, and being complicit in white supremacy. As such I can’t help feeling that your complaints come from an emotional, not logical place.
